We ship via the United States Postal Service. We do not ship outside the US. Once your package ships, you will receive an email notification along with your tracking number.
Most U.S. orders can be expected within 3-7 business days. Please note that free shipping does not include weekends and holidays. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer. TheImageEstheticsClinic.com is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, postal errors, postal delays, transportation failures and acts of nature. If your USPS tracking shows a delivery status TheImageEstheticsClinic.com’s service has been fulfilled and the customer is responsible for contacting the USPS regarding a claim.
If you did not include the correct shipping information and the package is marked as undeliverable or is returned to sender, then the customer is responsible for the $10 shipping fee to reship.
Any damaged, defective, or wrong products received MUST be returned within our 7 day policy or we can not replace them for you. We will cover the return shipping cost if the return is a result of an error or a damaged product ( not including damaged during shipping ) otherwise the customer is responsible for return shipping fees. TheImageEstheticsClinic.com is not responsible for return orders that may be damaged or lost in transit. We strongly suggest using a shipping provider that offers tracking and insurance. Please retain your shipping receipt for proof.
All unopened products that are returned within 7 days must be in sellable condition or your return will not be processed. In the event that your return is not processed the customer is responsible for shipping cost to be returned back to you. Please include name, order# and reason for the return inside your box when returning to our office. (return labels are not provided)
You should expect to receive your refund within three weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
Shipping fees are nonrefundable.
